As a Nodal Officer (DNO), you are responsible for overseeing the SMO officers within your district. Your role includes adding new SMO officers, managing their activities, reviewing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining Institutions compliance. This guide will walk you through the key tasks you can perform after logging in.

Step 1: Adding SMO Officers

One of your primary responsibilities is to add SMO officers to the system. You can create accounts for each SMO officer by entering their basic details, including name, selecting institution name from the drop-down (institution names are already added in the database. If you don't find the name, please contact itcellnhm@gmail.com), and contact information.

  • Go to the Add SMO Officer section
  • Click on "Add SMO Officer" and fill in the required fields.
  • Once added, SMO officers can log in using their mobile numbers and an OTP sent to their phones for verification.

Note: Ensure that the SMO officers' contact details are accurate, as they will use their mobile number for login verification.

Step 2: Viewing and Monitoring X-Ray & USG Reports

You can view the X-Ray and USG statistics submitted by SMO officers for each Institutions under your district. This data is critical for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of daily activities.

  • Navigate to the "X-Ray & USG Details" section from your dashboard.
  • Select a Institutions or view overall district statistics.
  • You can filter reports by date range or Institutions.

Step 3: Editing Institutions Reports

As a Nodal Officer, you have the ability to edit Institutions reports if they were submitted incorrectly. This is useful when SMO officers report inaccurate data or need corrections.

  • Go to the "Edit List of X-Ray & USG Reports" section on your dashboard.
  • Select the Institutions and date of the report you want to edit.
  • Make the necessary corrections and submit the updated report.

Step 4: Daily Reporting Compliance

From October onwards, all SMO officers are required to submit daily reports, including X-Ray and USG statistics. This data is crucial for tracking performance. The system will notify you if any reports are missing.

  • If any reports are missing, you will be notified in the "Institutions Not Reported" section.
  • Ensure that SMO officers submit reports for each day. They cannot submit new reports if there are any missing entries.
